The staff were really good! Charlotte, Sana, Nancy, Hay, Py, and the Belgian manager (sorry I forgot your name!) were all incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was incredibly clean and quiet, the beds were comfy, and the massage was amazing! I wish I had stayed longer.
